Hi there,

Is there any special reason for e7a4fb8 not being included in melodic release (and even in jade and kinetic)? Seems like it's applied only on indigo.

Don't think there's any. Please feel free to open a PR to melodic-devel with cherry-picked/conflicts resolved. We can push a new release out with these changes fairly quickly
