VirtualCopy Preset_3 as sequence not working ?

I created as sequence VirtualCopy Preset_3 see picture but this just creates a virtual copy. I tried to include as well pause commands but still I can't create a virtual copy of a pic and set that to preset_3 afterwards. Any idea what I do miss here ? Preset_3 as command 4 works fine.
