What would you like to be added:

Add support for TF [Import](https://www.terraform.io/docs/import/index.html_

Why is this needed:

Create the ability to to import existing infrastructure into the state

drew-russell added kind-enhancement labels

drew-russell added kind-enhancement exp-intermediate and removed exp-intermediate labels
