Update tool for JRubyArt config

New improved JRubyArt config tool

Updated without changing ruby-processing release (not kosher I know, but I'm not releasing another version of ruby-processing).

Examples modified to use new video_event library

Completed the conversion of processing map to use ruby-processing map1d, also converted processing constrain to use ruby-processing clip to range. Rakefile now defaults to running all sketches phew...

Additional pbox2d examples

Starting to re-factor basic sketches

Assumes ruby-2.0 to auto-run sketches (could be provided by MRI ruby or jruby-9.0.0.0.pre1+)
