Atlantis to support multiple GH apps

I am running into GH secondly api limit exceeded issue, as my ORG have more repos that work with atlantis, current sol is to deploy multiple atlantis for set of repo . instead if we can configure multiple gh app we can use a single atlantis but each gh app for set of repos this way we save some cost
