need to removeSource() in Viewmodel because once mediatorLivedata is manipulated, need to remove resource otherwise will give IllegalArgumentStateException: already source added.

Add in NewsModel.java file :

isError.setValue(errorResponse);
mediatorLiveData.removeSource(repository.getError());
