Link to the website blog is missing from the News menu #148

On samvera.org, we need a "News" option under the dropdown menu for "News and Events" so users can get directly to all the blog posts.

Please add "News" as the first link under the "News and Events" menu option, which should be linked to https://samvera.org/news-and-events

Please remove "Samvera Connect 2023 conference" Link from the menu
