Incompatibility with mysql2

bookshelf-json-columns will only parse on fetch for entity if the client is sqlite,sqlite3, and mysql, but will parse on fetch for Collection unconditionally. Due to this behavior, regardless if json parsing is enabled on mysql2 driver, this plugin will fail.
