[Perplexity AI API] Feature request to scrape Perplexity AI responses

One of our customers requested we scrape Perplexity AI responses. Another customer previously requested this in #1054. I've communicated to both customers that this may not be possible, however I'm documenting it here in case this is something we can support it in the future.
