User should be able to see entire select field dropdown options on smaller screen heights

On smaller screen heights (i.e. phones), the presence of the touch keyboard causes the select dropdown menu of certain field inputs (e.g. gender, language, etc) to be cut off, and would require the user to tap outside of the keyboard area to scroll the screen window to see all the options.
