Filebeat error

I have filebeat monitoring a directory for json files. It does not ship them and I see this error.

I'm looking through some of the sample data that I'm using and I found this:

    }

agent.hostname is in my data. So is host.name. How do I work around this?

My use case is using filebeat to monitor a directory and import new .jsonl files into elasticsearch.
