Certificate failed to renew

I deployed two container app acmebot instances and then deployed two wildcard certs to two different container app environments. The certificates expired and did not auto-renew. upon checking the logs, it seems the RenewCertificate_Orchestrator runs, but "Certificates not found".

I manually went to the acmebot web interface and added a new certificate, which completed successfully. Did I do something wrong, or what should I check to get auto-renew working?
