Move Dashboard counter to a separate "Statistics" page

Just below the main horizontal navigation menu on the Dashboard are a series of statistics about the user's use of the system (see boxed area in image below). While interesting, these are not actionable by the user. Because they currently take critical above-the-fold space I recommend that they be moved to a separate page in the system, perhaps one named Statistics.
