According to EIA 860, Antelope Station is a plant that consists of 18 natural-gas fired internal-combustion generators of 9.3 MW each, totaling about 167 MW of total capacity. However, in CEMS, data for this plant is reported as three units, each of which reports intermittent generation of ~ 200 MW each, sometimes simultaneously, which would suggest that the nameplate capacity of the plant would have to be closer to 600 MW.
There is obviously something strange happening here.
