New to SiYuan (like downloaded it yesterday), and so far have seen only one thing that "bugs" me: When you close a heading or the top level of an outline, it reopens with ALL nodes below it open. I personally prefer to have a saved folded state of child elements, if not that, then at least have all children closed until I click to open them. Seeing everything open when I open a top level can be very distracting, particularly for a longer outline with many sub nodes containing a lot of text and/or pictures. So am I missing an already-existing option to change that behavior, or is there maybe a plugin that recalls child nodes folded state?
