Add section on 'Exposing services on the service network from a local machine' to match gateway docs

skupper expose host host.containers.internal --address my-service --port 8080

Also, create PR against skupper repo to change CLI prompt:

'Expose a set of pods'? => 'Expose one or more network services'

change example to use syntax from above
