Re-download failed mods when the download ends

I have a suggestion please look at the title. Sometimes we will encounter network problems and it seems that the tool will skip download failed mods. This is a defect.
I live in China. The internet here is not friendly to Curse. So I frequently encountered network problems. And I increasingly recognize the importance of this function.
