Missing Alert KEEP_CONTEXT Behavior #63

No diagrams or mentions of behavior for what an alert is to do when an alert KEEP_CONTEXT soft button is pressed.

I believe in this case, it would trigger a UI.OnResetTimeout message to keep the Alert active. Might be able to look at SDL HMI for reference
