Hearth container from digging game not showing up when a second character is made

Describe your bug here. And how to reproduce it.

The first character you make can easily get the hearth container from the digging game, but the second character you create cannot seem to get it. I have done over 30+ digging games, with each game getting at least 20+ tiles dug, but the heart container is still not coming. I finished the game with 19 3/4 life.

What is your build target?
