This is far from simple, but I'm sure with some time and elbow grease, actions from Sonic could be added to Super Sonic.
Spin Dash
Setpieces
Jump Panels
Other crap I'm forgetting but you get the idea, I think
As discussed on IRC, maybe it would be better to do the opposite, essentially "pulling a Metal Sonic", so to speak.
Instead of adding Sonic Actions/Behavior to SS, you would add the relatively few Super Sonic behaviors to regular Sonic and make them active when going into "Super Sonic" mode, which, similar to Metal Sonic, would swap his model with Super Sonic's using the regular Sonic behavior and animations (except for some, like the hovering idle, and hovering running animations, much like how metal sonic swaps only some animations).
From there you'd just need to work in:
Swapping the physics (probably really easy)
Swapping the music (already done really)
Enabling the Super Aura (probably not that hard? I hope?)
Swapping the textures for Sonic's graphical effects (probably?)
Enabling ring drain.
This would likely be more ideal because it would negate many of the issues that come from using Super Sonic as is- including all the things Super Sonic cannot do, that regular Sonic can, though it'd require a lot of reworking how this mod works probably.
