Buttons not doing anything?

• I've checked for other issues, and none exist.

Issue description

when i load this:

1. see the 3 dots on the upper-right corner, it doesn't do anything, was it meant to do anything?

2. not able to preview hidden text files even if it has sufficient permissions (idk what you use to render the text but my guess is cat or presumably bat cuz there are colors)

3. no swipe right/left to change image or no >/< buttons to change image (More of a feature request)

4. need of add label button on the quick view palette (or it can be added in the 3 dots menu - Also more of a feature request)

5. Remember this decision setting for the filter button (for sorting by, direction, Quick view/Open)

open with always says no app available while opening it takes me to the browser (which is the default I set in my nemo file manager)
7. ability to convert all files in a tag into a folder
8. rendering of videos and gifs via mpv or any video player
9. opening files in executables (like xdg-open in X11 or gtk-launch in Wayland
10. ability to convert files to another extensions (like cloudconvert.com but can be simple like from .webp to .png/.jpg, .mp4 to .mp3 or .gif and vice-versa)

used the conversion tool for changing the quality from 4k to crappy 720p cuz Github says <10MB and the vid was 185MB 😑...
