$SPEXE,LIST*75 should report special action settings including: enableRCFirmware, batteryLevelPercent, batteryVoltage, batteryChargingPercentPerHour. These are present and responded to in CLI, they just need to be reported.

Send $SPGET,batteryLevelPercent*19 to see output:

But batteryLevelPercent is not in the list:
