The docs do not include instructions to run the analyzer from the published docker image.

@carlosms I see you mention all issues you created in lookout-demo issue.
Are some of them are urgent and blocking or we just should fix them before the demo?

The demo deployment was done successfully, this was just a list of problems I faced.
Sorry for the confusion, I'll update the empathy session description.
