Moved from srobo/ops-manual#10

  • The marketing committee receive an email when they sign up to the mailing list
  • We look them up to ensure they're over 18
  • We reach out via email to arrange a call
  • In the call, we give an overview of SR and signpost them to the right teams
  • We invite them to Slack and invite them to the relevant channels with a short intro of who they are
