  • Develop and show how to create a table with metadata from NCBI SRA / bioproject.
  • Create a table in CSV or TSV format.
  • Download with fastq-dump (NCBI SRA tools)
  • Show how to use sra_download.pl script see blog post on HPCC or elsewhere to download fastq directly and fast via Aspera
