remove setup.sh of hrpsys_gazebo_tutorials and use profile.d

It's just an idea.
If we have 99.hrpsys_gazebo_tutorials.sh in etc/catkin/profile.d, setup.sh automatically
sources the shell script.

This is the mechanism rosbash uses.
