Sync curator settings accross dev, uat, stage, prod #244

Currently user-facing text, browse category titles and images, etc. are manually entered in dev then exported using the Export data button on https://dev.dlmenetwork.org/library/edit > General, then manually imported to the other environments using the 'Import data` button. Ideally this could be automated so that an airflow DAG could handle this.
