Wayne has written some e2e browser tests that do things like validate the count of items for a provider matches what was indexed: https://github.com/waynegraham/dlme_tests

This ticket is a stub that needs more investigation: is it useful or possible to try to run these tests at the end of a DAG? Can airflow be notified when indexing is finished?

Maybe this is related to #366 which makes sure that the number of harvested records and transformed records data look similar?
