For this week, I focused on feedback received from various kind users who offered to test this buggy mess the best fedi client.
- ✨ The account related workflows has been completely revamped.
- 👆 It is now easier (and VERY cool 😎) to switch accounts.
- 👆 It is now easier to access your account related stuff (posts, profile, followers etc.)
- ✨ The Settings page is now functional
- ✨ The Accounts pages have been renovated
Also, all the unique features of Dhaaga are now put on display in the 3rd tab (which is now called the "Apps" page)
Highlight Features
- ✨ Improved account selection UI/UX
- ✨ Implemented settings page
- ✨ Renovated "Accounts" Page to become "My Account" (dashboard)
- ✨ Renovated the third tab becomes "Apps" (unique Dhaaga features)
QoL Features
- ✨ Limited the maximum numbers of custom emoji resolution attempts for remote instances to 5 per week. (#155)
- ✨ Added
Quick Reactionin Settings -> Preferences to let users add/remove reactions without a dialog. - 🔏 Added
Opt-Out support for some of the cross-instance callsthat Dhaaga makes to fix federation issues. - 💅 The reaction box styling isn updated to give various subtle hints.
- 💅 All top navbars are now consistent, in terms of look and function.
Bug Fixes
- 🛠️ fixed the profile gallery for misskey instances (#154)
- 🛠️ fixed being unable to re-add Pleroma/Akkoma accounts once removed
- 🛠️ fixed reaction emojis not working for Pleroma, specifically
- 🛠️ fixed images being zero height from last release (#153)
- 🛠️ fixed media aspect-ratio calculation (3rd time, already...)
- 🛠️ fixed an issue where your instance having zero custom emojis broke the emoji picker
