[Feature]: Show receiving capacity in the advanced 'Select Funds to Transfer' page

Describe the problem

When viewing channels to close in the Transfer Funds 'Select Funds to Transfer' page (Go to Spending -> 'Transfer To Savings' -> Advanced) I can only see the spending balance for each. It could be helpful to see the receiving capacity too, especially if I'm looking to free up liquidity as I could be at maximum.

Describe the solution

Show the receiving capacity alongside the spending balance for each connection.
