Add ability to paint on map to update sphere map #1

Option 1: As I mouse over the map, have a UX indicator on the sphere map showing where I should paint.

Option 2: Let me paint "on the map". Maybe with a very small brush size on the map, and probably a smaller than current brush size in the sphere map?
