- An invitation to join the workspace will be sent to your email
- Accept the invitation
- Create a Slack account and sign in
- Optional: download the desktop or mobile app
Channels are like isolated chat rooms for specific topics (ex: Python, Databases, etc.). You can join as many or few as you like. Instructions on joining channels can be found here.
- Post questions and requests for mods in the #ask-a-mod channel
- If you're a user group leader, join the #usergroup-organizers channel to ask and answer questions about organizing user groups.
Can't find a channel that fits your topic or interest? You can create your own. First, please ensure that a similar channel does not already exist. Once you have done this (please do this), follow these instructions to add a new channel.
- All conversations in the Techlahoma Slack workspace must adhere to Techlahoma's code of conduct.
- @channel has been restricted to mods due to overuse.
