MAJOR: Saucedacity is moving and will become Tenacity soon

Ever since I started talks with Tenacity maintainers and contributors here, I had decided to carry forward with the Tenacity name. For a while, I've said that the next release would be under the name Tenacity, where Tenacity would finally make it's debut under a 1.3 release (I guess because the code base would be at version 1.3, given the new code base would be Saucedacity's code base and the current version is also 1.3). I still maintain this and the plan has still been mostly consistent.

I am making this announcement to alert everyone of the execution of this plan. The process of renaming and rebranding should now be starting. This means that the new home for Saucedacity will be under the Tenacity team organization and that Saucedacity will now continue under the name Tenacity. This plan will be devised of the following:

• This repo will be moved, it's new home likely becoming https://github.com/tenacityteam/saucedacity-temp or something like that. (⚠️WARNING⚠️: NOT A VALID LINK!)

• Once all open and major PRs are merged, rebranding efforts will finally start.

• After Saucedacity has been rebranded to Tenacity, it will be likely moved again back to the main Tenacity repo.
