We have this line:

Line 89 in 5907faa

- [ ] Test the install and upgrade documentation for both the Katello server and smart proxy

This isn't very actionable, since it isn't explicit. A good first step is to make install and upgrade clickable links to the pages. Then some hints about how to test them would be useful.
