I need to add a contact form in the site

Hi everyone.

I want to add a contact form in my website.

I have been struggling with it for 2 days now.

I am not very well versed with css and html and coming from a CMS like wordpress, I just used to install a plugin and i had the contact form.

However, in Hugo, when I try to put a form, in HTML, i get errors that I cant use HTML in .md files.

has anyone been able to put a contact form ?

Any help is appreciated.
