Missing inits in submodules

Hi Tim,

Really great tool.

A few of the submodules (avgn.network and avgn.network_analysis) are missing init.py scripts which throws import errors. I just added blank inits like you use elsewhere and it resolved it.

Hey Matt!

Thanks for letting me know. I wrote these tools in Python 3 so init files wouldn't be necessary (I think with 3.3+). But if everything works for Python 2 with init maybe it would be better to add these files to the repo. Do you have any interest in making a PR with your changes? If not no worries!
