Wrong $MysqlExt value in installer

Lines 939 to 949 in install/index.php are:

        ?>
            <input type="hidden" name="MysqlExt" value="1" />

        ?>
            <input type="hidden" name="MysqliExt" value="1" />
        <?php
        }
        ?>

The second input element should have value of 0 or be blank.
