Paid plugin development

I like the possibility to build plugins. Looks pretty powerful. However the learning curve seems to be pretty flat (meaning takes a long time to learn it) and if anyone here has already built one, I would consider hiring that person. Please reach out to me if you are interested. I hope this post does not violate the terms for discussions. If so let me know and I will delete.
