Suggestion: use a wiki for Addict recipes #87

I think it would be a great help if we had a wiki where we could document recipes for Addict, like the Devise wiki which is a great help.

And then some of those, once reviewed, can be incorporated into the documentation.

That would be helpful, I mostly run into code, which not friendly to new comers.
