Making action buttons resizeable

Pitch

Currently the action buttons (star, retoot, share, and reply) take up a lot of space on the timeline. Having the possibility to have big buttons is good from an accessibility standpoint, however being able to resize them to take less "post space" if you do not need the buttons to be as big would be a nice feature to add

Motivation

The usability of tusky will improve for the users and potentially more accessible if the resizability feature implements possible bigger buttons as well.
