Minimum and maximum fraction digits

Dear community,

I wonder if there is a way for an mask number to control the minimum and maximum decimal precision.
I'm able to play with these parameters with no success scale and padFractionalZeros and normalizeZeros.

Something like this but with imask capabilities to be able to change separators (thousands, decimals...):
