Eye of MATE image viewer

Eye of MATE image viewer is preinstalled on MATE DE. It may be called from terminal as eom.

Enable plugins

Steps to test:

1. Open Eye of MATE
2. Navigate to Edit → Preferences, switch to Plugins tab
3. Enable all plugins by checking their checkmarks

Expected result:

• all plugins should be silently enabled
