Drop and Paste events.

Hi all! Guys, how do you think is it possible to extract onDrop and onPaste events to useEditor hook? The idea is to provide the functionality to create blocks based on DataTransfer object.

For example:

1. User dropped/pasted an image (or many files)
2. Create custom extension based on file(s) type, start uploading, update extension node view
3. ...
