If is it possible, How to turn on Monitor Mode?

Second this!
I can see that iw phy reports:

        Supported interface modes:
                 * IBSS
                 * managed
                 * AP
                 * P2P-client
                 * P2P-GO

not sure whether it is a limitation of the firmware or the device itself.
