Regarding Vircadia Builder variables, OPTIMIZATION LEVEL, the recommended setting is compatible but Vircadia Builder defaults to native. Please change the default to be the recommended value: compatible

Just for info, it correctly defaults to compatible when building with --make-appimage.
It makes sense for it to default to native if it doesn't know any better. Maybe we should have a --make-server-deb option or something?
