ファイルを編集して「Save document」で保存したあと、ブランチを変更しようとすると
「ファイルが保存されていません。変更を破棄しますか?」
の警告ダイアログが表示されます。
「Save document」での保存は成功しているので、この警告ダイアログが出るのは間違いだと思います。
