Preparing the v7.3.0 release

I plan to release v7.3.0 towards the end of the next week. It currently contains a new English-only string.

@sguinetti @fabianski7 may I ask you to update the translations you already created in the past?

I've released it as-is to make the commenting feature available, but updated translations are still welcome, they will be in the next release. :-)

I think I'll also switch to a slower release cycle: every 2 months, not every month, so it'll be less work to keep translations up to date.
