setup production server

before people start using the new foodsoft to make their orders, we want to have a production server (or a production environment within the existing server) with the instance of foodsoft that will be used by vokomokum. that way we still have a development version that we can work on and test new features before we release them for everyone to use.

when we do this we'll also need to update the DNS
