[Bug] Friend Number no longer accurate

Describe the bug
A friend which was number 169 yesterday is now showing as 50, and a friend I made a few months ago is now number 1 with someone from 2 years ago showing as 130.
I had turned my computer back on from sleep mode, pressed refresh friends in the top right, then the re-auth code promp showed. Entered the code, the list refreshed, and none of the numbers match.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Refresh friend list
Click on a friend who was recent and compare to one who was old

Expected behavior
Friend number to be in order or based on logged Friended date

Now the two users above have changed to 131 and 67 respectively, with the previous Number 1 being 6...
Did they change the API with the last VRChat update?

vrchat is testing api changes on accounts that migrates friends off of mongo database to redis, this has the side effect of numbers no longer being accurate, as VRCX bases your friend number on the order in the list they were in.

VRC has been contacted about looking into a potential method of getting friend order back, I wouldn't hold your breath on this.
Friend order has been locally backed up for those lucky enough to update VRCX before their account was affected. 665780e
Once this rollout has been fully deployed VRCX will be updated to take use of this backup.

Thanks, certainly won't loose any sleep over it, but certainly is a shame seeing my oldest friends marked as brand new again
