Add simple setup / run instructions

As someone who's getting back into the Java world, this would be very helpful.

Running the setup instructions returns an error:

ERROR: Could not create test resource for MemberResourceTest. Skipping tests.

I think in your case skipping happens because those specific tests will not make sense if the resource was not created.

Thanks @deiu . I ran those instructions, but didn't see anything in there about creating any resources.

Is there anywhere you can point me to for that?

@cmbirk from what I can tell, it sounds like you were able to run the test suite, but you were confused by why a specific test was skipped, when you thought it should not have been skipped, right? Is this still an issue?
